The Planning and Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW) has now scheduled a series of virtual public hearing sessions to examine the gas-fired peaking plant* further. These hearings are a crucial opportunity to raise concerns and ensure the voices of the community are heard.

In the meantime...
We remain committed to protecting the needs of our community and the environment. Thanks to some very kind donations from local people and other caring supporters, we have managed to get our own Air and Noise consultants on board to find technical failings, mistakes and omissions in the reports that Jones Brothers’ consultants have produced for each of their Applications.
Our consultants have produced two very technical reports for us, but those reports will be of minimal use unless we are able to pay the consultants to attend the Public Hearings and argue back on the defences that Jones Brothers own consultants will put forward.
Both of our consultants are kindly charging us at reduced, ‘community rates’, but we must now raise more funds very quickly, towards our target of £10,000, in order to pay for those experts to be alongside us in the next stages of the battle....!
That is why we’re putting out this latest desperately urgent request for anyone who hasn’t already donated to make whatever contribution they feel they can afford to help stop the threatened developments in their tracks: click here to see our GoFundMe page.
Thank you for your ongoing support!
